Former Tesco PLC Head of Operations, Clothing & Footware, Paul Howley appointed as Operations Director for Jaspal based in Bangkok, Thailand.

Since opening the first Jaspal retail fashion outlet in 1976 they now operate over 300 retail outlets in Thailand dedicated to fashion and footwear along with three Jaspal Home Collection stores.
